The Cheriton School of Computer Science is a member of the  [Computing Research Association](https://cra.org), a non-profit association of North American academic departments and schools of computer science, computer engineering, and related fields; laboratories and centres in industry, government, and academia engaging in basic computing research; and affiliated professional societies.
