Gloria Ratliff is joining the Jones Graduate School of Business as one of the newest members on the advising team. With an extensive background in human resources and counseling, she hopes to empower students to become their very best. In her previous roles, she was a recruiter, trainer, and mentor. She graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology.

For Gloria, success means helping all students find their dream job upon graduation. She is also Society for Human Resource Management, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Strong Interest Inventory assessment certified. She always practices an open door policy and encourages students to reach out.
