Kisa Parker has served in both teaching and administrative roles in education and non-profit organizations for the past 15 years. Her career started in music, and she holds a Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance from University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and a Master of Music in Voice Performance from University of Houston. Early in her career, Kisa developed a passion for supporting diverse adult learners in the Houston community. This led to a seamless transition to Rice Business, where she leads the Student Success and Academic Advising team. Kisa loves working with MBA students and is honored to support them on their academic journey. 

Outside of work, Kisa enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two orange cats. She is also a food and cocktail enthusiast who loves trying new restaurants.
