The Marketing and Communications department provides a wide range of services to internal and external audiences. To make sure your request goes to the right person, see the options below.
Marketing Request Form
Your project matters to us. Fill out the short marketing request form below for all projects and explain what you’d like us to create, such as new advertising campaigns, new website pages, printed materials, social media posts or email templates. When in doubt, complete the form.
- All requests are submitted to our project management system to ensure your request isn’t lost.
- Requests are reviewed within 24-48 hours and the turnaround time for completion will be 7-14 days.

Video Request Form
If you’re considering a video and you want the video planned and executed by the marketing department, you must fill out the video request form. After you submit the form, you will receive an email requesting further information or an invitation to join our weekly video committee meeting. All outside videographers/photographers MUST be pre-approved by the marketing department.
- Requests are reviewed within 24-48 hours and turnaround time on videos will depend on the filming schedule and the editing process, which takes a minimum of 10 business days to complete.
- If you hire an approved photographer or videographer, the marketing department may ask them to provide photos and social video content for our Rice Business official social media accounts.
