To join as a MENTOR you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the workforce.  \
To join as a MENTEE you must be a current RMIT student, or, within one year of graduating from RMIT. \

Mentors are industry professionals with 2+ years' experience. As a Career Mentor you will guide, inspire and encourage mentees in their professional development.

Mentee

As a Mentee, you are a current RMIT student (or within one year of graduation) who wants guidance and advice to build your network, plus develop the skills, insight and confidence to begin your career journey.
