International SOS Hotline (24/7)

NTU has engaged the services of International SOS as the main source of support for travel security and assistance in times of emergencies.  Students may also reach out to ISOS when they need travel advice or when faced with incidents encountered abroad and need urgent help.

All students on official travel should download the ISOS App for easier tracking and access to its services.

### Insurance Coverage

All NTU students who are participants of official overseas programmes are required to meet the minimum travel insurance coverage as stipulated by NTU Travel Policy. Students will be advised by programme managers on recommended insurance provider should NTU Group Travel insurance be unavailable.

### Incident Reporting

The safety and well-being of students participating in university-sanctioned travels is of the highest importance, and all reasonable actions will be taken to manage risks and respond to emergencies.

Students participating in university-sanctioned travels are to report health and safety incidents to the University. Students shall report health and safety incident online by clicking below:
