Biografi/ Biography :- \ Norshita is a Senior Research Fellow, Phd in Computer Science from National University of Malaysia and has more than 15 year experiences in teaching and research. Doing a Post-Doctoral program in Edinburgh, UK for a year and involved in many research project that related to mobile applications in health and disaster management system focus on communication and tracking. Much of the work has been on improving the understanding, design, and performance of developed modeling in computer systems focus for mobile applications, mainly through the application of data mining, statistics, and performance evaluation. With working experience related to her field of study in university as a researcher and supervisor for post graduate student, she has done many research projects that related to computer sciences especially in her area of interest. She has involved in many grant projects as a group leader and researcher, and all the projects are successfully delivered on time and followed project schedule. As a Senior Research Fellow for Institute of Informatics Visual, National University of Malaysia, she has an experience on data collect and analyses its then present the findings in detailed reports for all the research and outside constituents. She has an organized with the ability to look at data and see the larger picture it presents in qualitative and quantitative methods. With this experience, she has been assigned as a consultant for a few government projects under EG (electronic government) flagships to make an evaluation of the failure and successfulness of the projects. \
