PUBLICATION Policy

Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.

Submissions to ICEEI2025 must be original; submissions cannot have been published or accepted in a journal or conference proceedings, nor presented at another conference. Further, submissions must not be concurrently under consideration for publication or presentation elsewhere.

IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (i.e. removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference http://www.ftsm.ukm.my/iceei2025/.

Based on high review scores, 50 extended papers will be selected for publication in the following SCOPUS-indexed journals (2026):

1. Asia-Pacific Journal of Information Technology and Multimedia (APJITM)\ 2. International Journal on Electrical Engineering and Infromatics (IJEEI by ITB)\ 3. Big Data and Computing Visions (BDCV)\ 4. Journal of Engineering
