Tuition Fees

Enrolled students who have an officially recognised disability (Art. 3, Paragraph 1 and 3, Bill N.104 5/2/ 1992 or with a national certification for 66% or greater invalidity) are only required to pay €16 tax stamp. \ Certification may be substituted with an executive court order (see INPS Declaration N. 13007 11/05/2011).\ Students are also exempt from regional tax. \ In order to enjoy tuition fee exemption, students must submit a copy of their full disability certification to: servizio.disabilita@uniroma1.it

Students with a disability certification of less than 66% are exempt from university fees; they are required to pay the 16 euro stamp duty and the regional tax.\ In order to benefit from the exemption from fees, students must send a copy of the full certification they possess to: servizio.disabilita@uniroma1.it

Students with certified SLD are exempt from paying university fees - Delibera CdA n. 234/21 del 22 Luglio 2021.\ Stamp duty and regional tax must be paid.\ The certification must be sent to servizio.dsa@uniroma1.it

Reimbursement\ Students with an officially recognised disability (Art. 3, Paragraph 1 and 3, Bill N.104 5/2/ 1992 or with a national certification) may request reimbursement of tuition fees or taxes they are exempt from (only for the academic year in progress and by the date indicated by the student manifesto) by presenting the following documents to the Sector for Relations with Students with Physical and Learning Disabilities:
