Deadline for submitting degree applications postponed (updated on February 20, 2026)
Please note: this communication only concerns the submission of degree applications for the first session of 2025-2026 for first-level and second-level degree programmes, old system degree programmes and single-cycle degree programmes.
The deadline for submitting degree applications for the first session of 2025-2026 has been postponed to March 8, and the graduation session will take place from March 18 to April 30, 2026.

Deadline for degree application extended (updated on December 1)
Due to technical interventions on the Infostud system that will be carried out on the days when the deadline for submitting degree applications falls (for 5th session of 2024-2025, Second Level Degrees, Old academic systems and Single Cycle) the deadline has been extended to Wednesday, December 3, 2025.
Deadline for submission of degree applications for the fifth session of 2024-2025 Master's, Old Academic System and Single Cycle Degrees extended (published on October 17, 2025)
Due to technical work on the Infostud system, which will be carried out on the days when the deadline for submitting degree applications falls, the deadline has been extended to Monday, December 1, 2025.

Vacancies for 2025-26 restricted-access degree programmes (issued on September 24, 2025)
There are vacancies for the following degree programmes:
- Ingegneria Chimica – available places no.27
- Ingegneria Civile - posti disponibili n.43
- Ingegneria Clinica – available places no. 54
- Ingegneria Energetica - available places no.23
To apply for enrolment on one of the above programmes, please submit an application by email with the subject line 'Immatricolazione tardiva per Ingegneria [course name]' and follow the procedure below:
- Fill in the IMMATRICOLAZIONE TARDIVAform
- Pay thevirtual tax stamp and save the payment receipt
- Download the TOLC - I test certificate taken from January 2024 with score from your profile on the Cisia website (if your Tolc-I score is lower than 18/50, you will have to complete the OFA - Further Required Courses)
- Scan your valid ID card
- Email everything, no later than October 24, 2025,to (segrstudenti.ingegneria@uniroma1.it) with subject"Immatricolazione tardiva per Ingegneria [course name]".
Once received, we will respond to your request as soon as possible.
Please note: The Ingegneria Aerospaziale e Meccanica programmes have no vacancies.

Master’s degree programmes 2025-26: assessment of entry requirements for students from other Italian universities

To apply for assessment of your entry requirements, just send an email taking care to write in the subject line: VERIFICA DEI REQUISITI INGEGNERIA (+ your degree programme)
The application must contain:
- Degree certificate or self-certification of the first level degree (or any other degree already acquired) complete with grade and date and all exams taken with grades, credits (CFU) and Scientific-disciplinary sector (SSD). If you are a graduand, omit grade and date.
- Copy of the receipt for the payment of the 10€ contribution

There are 4 deadlines by which to apply for assessment of your entry requirements:
16 September 2025\ 16 October 2025\ 18 November 2025\ 16 December 2025
The result will be sent to the email address entered on Infostud.
Enrolment in 2025-26 restricted-access degree programmes: exemption from TOLC-I test for transfer students with enough credits for admission to subsequent years
In Italian:
- Vai al bando (per i corsi di Ingegneria Aerospaziale, Ingegneria Chimica, Ingegneria Clinica, Ingegneria Energetica, Ingegneria Meccanica) (allegato 2 nel bando)
- Vai al bando (per il corso di Ingegneria Civile) (allegato 2 nel bando)
Students coming from other Sapienza degree programmes or other Italian universities are exempt from participating in the admission procedure only if they have at least 30 validated CFU (credits) valid for admission to the years following the first, by October 31, 2025.
To have your credits evaluated, fill in the Google form between July 29 and October 31, 2025, and attach thefollowing document(fully completed and signed).
Following the approval of the didactic committee, the student must submit a transfer application with a 16 euro tax stamp, and the Student Affairs Office will then create the relevant payment slip (from September 1, 2025).
Payment is due within the tuition fee's first instalment deadline via PagoPa.
In the meantime, please calculate your Isee 2025 for "prestazioni agevolate per il diritto allo studio universitario".

Collect your graduation parchment
Graduation parchments for graduates of the following sessions are available for collection:
- All sessions prior to 2023/2024
- Session I 2023/2024 (March 2024)
- Session II 2023/2024 (May 2024)
- Session III 2023/2024 (July 2024)
- Session IV 2023/2024 (October/November 2024)
No appointment is needed to collect your parchment in our office (see opening hours in the "Contact us" section below). Another person can collect it by presenting a written proxy signed by you with copies of your and the other person's ID card.
