On-line Graduation Application

Graduation applications must be completed on the Infostud Platform from the Degree Programme Page (Degree Programme > Final Exam> Graduation Application). Once you submit the application, you are automatically registered for the selected graduation session.
The graduation application will have to be accepted by your thesis coordinator and by your educational affairs office. You can check on the status of your application directly on Infostud.
To present a graduation application:
- You will need to have activated your university e-mail account (Otherwise go here to do it now);
- Have paid the €32 fee. Print the fee slip from Infostud> Degree Programme > Final Exam> Graduation Application. We recommend you pay the fee at least 48 hours before your graduation session application deadline.

Cancelling a Graduation Application
After having submitted your application, if you decide to change session you can use the “cancel” function on Infostud.
Please note: this operation cannot be undone. Your thesis coordinator may also cancel your request, if appropriate.
