Office closed on December 10

On December 10, the Office will not be open to the public as all staff will be involved in supervising the second round of tests for the open semester.

The Office will resume normal operations on December 11.

The deadline for submitting degree applications has been extended

Due to technical issues with the Infostud system that have not yet been resolved,  the deadline for submitting degree applications (for the last session Winter I - 2024-2025) has been extended to Friday, December 12, 2025.

2023/2024 Academic Year rankings

If you have been assigned as a result of the 2023/2024 academic year rankings and you wish to proceed with enrolment, you must email us immediately to request the payment/transfer slip, which you must pay by the deadlines indicated for each ranking.

It is not possible to proceed with enrolment on your own.

Irregular exam cancellation

Failure to comply with the propaedeutic order or the booking and recording procedures results in the cancellation of irregular exams.

PROPAEDEUTIC ORDER\ In order to sit Year 2 exams, you must have 2 exams from the first year in your career.\ In order to sitYear 3 exams, you must have all the exams of the first year in your career.\ In order to sit Year 4 exams, you must have all the exams from the first two years and 1 exam from the third year in your career.\ In order to sit Year 5 exams you must have all the exams from the first three years in your career.\ In order to sit Year 6 exams you must have all the exams from the first four years and 2 exams from the fifth year in your career.\ In the event of suspected irregularities, students must apply to the student affairs office for a career check at least 3/6 months before the scheduled graduation exam in order to regularise their careers in good time.\ Graduands whose careers are found to be irregular will necessarily have to be postponed to the next graduation session.

Adherence to the exam codes planned by the study plan:\ The student, when booking an exam on Infostud, must select the date with the exam/course code planned by their study plan.\ If the student is booked for an exam/course code that does not belong to their programme code, the exam will not be entered in their career.

Compliance with procedure for exams authorised in another curriculum

A maximum of four exams may be taken during the entire path in a curriculum other than the one to which the student belongs, plus one additional exam in the case of a request to write the dissertation with a lecturer who is not a member of the student's own curriculum/study plan.  \ In addition, following a change of degree programme, the student can sit exams in the programme to which they previously belonged by January 31 of the academic year following the one in which the change of programme was obtained.
