# PVS Cooperation Call

**Please note:**the deadline for submitting project proposals under the **Bando di finanziamento per progetti di cooperazione con Paesi in via di sviluppo** **– 2025,** which expired on February 2, has been reopened **from March 2, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. to March 20, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.**
The Department Committee's decision must be made no later than 11:59 a.m. on March 20, 2026.
Applications submitted before the IT systems were shut down have been correctly recorded and therefore do not need to be resubmitted.
**All other provisions of the call for applications remain in force.**
On November 20, 2025, the **[Bando di finanziamento per progetti di cooperazione con Paesi in via di sviluppo](https://www.uniroma1.it/sites/default/files/field_file_allegati/bando_cooperazione_pvs_2025.pdf) (in Italian)** 2025 was issued, aimed at joint research and educational activities, capacity and institutional building, as well as professional development and training activities.
The total allocation is €240,000.00.
The funding for each project is **€15,000.00, for a total of 16 grants,** divided as follows:
- 2 grants for each of the six scientific-disciplinary macro-areas (for a total of 12 grants);
- 2 grants for projects of particular strategic and/or emergency interest;
- 2 grants for projects of particular emergency interest with institutions based in Palestine.
**Deadline: February 2, 2026 (11:59 a.m.)**
