Student identification procedure via Teams
What it is for:
- to apply for a student card;
When to apply:
- Start the procedure as soon as possible (even now). Please don't rush into it at the last minute; otherwise, you risk not obtaining your identification in time.
3-step procedure:
- if you don't have Teams, please download the application on your phone;
- go to infostud in the student card section and upload a photo of yourself and a PDF scan of your ID;

Collect your Graduation parchment
If you have recently graduated
You will receive an email as soon as the parchment is printed. The system that automatically generates the emails, however, does not take into account the fact that our office is in Latina and that, consequently, the delivery of the parchments to our offices by the Central Administration does not take place within the 15 days indicated in the email, but can take up to 60 days.
Collect your parchment in two steps
[Step 1] - Check that your parchment is available.\ We now have the parchments for those who graduated from one of the degree programmes administered by this Student Affairs Office (list), byDecember 19, 2025.\
You or your delegate may come:
- if you are coming personally, please remember your a valid ID card
- if you intend to delegate someone else to come, the person in charge must come to the appointment with this specific form (filled in and signed by you) and a photocopy of your and their ID card
No payment is due for issuing the parchment

Additional exam dates for working students and parents
Working students can benefit from additional exam dates as perArticle 21(7) of the Student Regulations.
You are considered a working student if:
in the six months before the start date of the additional exam date, you have carried out (for at least 60 days, even if not continuous) one of the following activities:
- paid and contracted activity on behalf of private individuals (including cooperatives) or public bodies;
- self-employed activity with or without a VAT number;
- activity as a universal civil volunteer with a public or private body;
- commercial, craft or agricultural activity.
- universal civil service/voluntary work in a public or private organisation.
You may also benefit if:
- you are a student parent with child(ren) under the age of three;
- you are expecting
