As part of its research promotion policy, Sapienza University of Rome encourages the purchase of large scientific equipment to develop and enhance its research laboratories of excellence and create the Sapienza Research Infrastructure (SRI).

The total funding amounts to € 1,700,000.00 and is divided as follows:

Large equipment: €1,120,000.00;
Medium equipment: €565,000.00;
Support for the maintenance of equipment belonging to Sapienza Research Infrastructure (SRI): €15,000.00.
