Your Student Affairs Office is just one click away
Sorting out all your administrative procedures is even easier and quicker. Now you do not need to print, sign, scan, apply anything or physically go to your Student Affairs Office.
- All forms can be filled in online;
- Tax stamps - when required – can be paid online;
- Online submission for all applications
You will be asked to use your institutional email address to perform some procedures or access an online ticketing system for others. You will need your student ID number and Infostud password to access the latter.
Via the online ticketing system, you can track your application status any time, from the beginning to the end.

Student Affairs Office takes care of the administrative management of the students' careers from enrolment to graduation. You can contact us for:
- general information
- monitoring and changes in your career (changing your degree programme, withdrawal etc...)
- Tuition fee (payments, refunds etc...)
- Certificates
If you need someone else to take care of paperwork and procedures on your behalf at our offices, they need a signed authorization approval form and a copy of your ID card and their ID card. Sapienza recommends using the institutional email address.\ Click on the page

- Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 8:30 am to 12 (noon)
- Tuesday and Thursday from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm
