Students enrolled in the old academic system: exam extension - Transfer to the Master's degree programme

The Faculty Committee, in its meeting of 14 October 2022, granted students enrolled in the old academic system an extension of time without time limits until their forfeiture following Article 34 of the Student Regulations.

The lapsed student may submit a stamped application to the Student Affairs Office to evaluate their past career, which will be forwarded to the Didactic Committee, which will assess the career and validate the exams already taken.

Graduation Parchment collection

You will receive an email with instructions on how to collect your parchment at the Student Affairs Office. If you ask a third party to collect the parchment for you, they must present your proxy, signed in original and accompanied by a photocopy of your ID and their.

Can I have degree certificates in English to present abroad?\ You can ask for a degree certificate valid abroad, with or without exams, at the Student Affairs Office, but we can only print it in Italian.\ The sworn translation will be your responsibility and you can request it from the Court of Rome (in Italian).

Duplicate of the parchment following theft/loss.\ To request a duplicate parchment following theft or loss, you must send an application using the "Duplicato Pergamena" form available on the Student Forms section, attaching the report of theft or loss.

To request a duplicate due to deterioration, please submit your request as explained above and deliver the deteriorated original to the Student Affairs Office.

A payment of 70 euros and 2 tax stamps worth 16 euros are required for the duplicate. Payment instructions are given on the form.
