Mobility grants are available for students interested in a traineeship experience in public and private organisations throughout the participating EU countries
ERASMUS+ TRAINEESHIP MOBILITY AND HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Erasmus Plus is the EU programme in the fields of Education, Training, Youth and Sport for the period 2021-27 that promotes the international mobility of students and future graduatestowards other countries participating in the programme (full list on the Programme Guide (PDF) to improve transversal and professional competences with particular attention to the job market and their contribution to the creation of a cohesive society.

Candidates admitted to selection interviews
Call for selection Erasmus+ Traineeship a.y. 2025/2026 for the award of 250 mobility grants for a maximum of 5 months.
Deadline for applications: MondayApr, il 14, 2025 at 13:00.

Please note that wherever the expression 'ISEE 2025' appears in the Erasmus+ Traineeship Mobility Programme 2025/2026 call for proposals, it should be understood as 'ISEE 2024 (or in case of absence, ISEE 2025)'.
Interview dates
Faculty of Archiecture\ May 12 from 2:00 PM. Communication with classroom and links will be sent to the individual candidates on their institutional email.
Faculty of Humanities\ Calendar
Students are called according to their student ID number. The dates are May 5, 2025 at 3 PM and May 16, 2025 at 9 AM and 10 AM. Please look for your student ID number and location on the Calendar . To attend you will need your valid ID card.
Faculty of Economics\ May 13, at 10 AM in the Sala delle Lauree. Candidates will be notified via institutional email. The online interview access link will be sent to those who request it.

However, students can seek other institutions autonomously, provided the traineeship activities correspond to the above-mentioned activities.

Call for Selection Erasmus+ Traineeship a.y. 2023/2024

Grants
The mobility grant is intended as financial support for the higher costs associated with the stay abroad: it is therefore not intended to cover all the expenses. The Erasmus+ grant is incompatible with other grants from other EU-funded programmes/actions.
The EU contribution is related to the cost of living in the country of destination and to the actual duration of the mobility period certified by the host university.
A.Y 2025-2026
European Union grants according to the country of destination:
The grant will be paid in one instalment within 30 days of the recipient's arrival at the host university, provided that the following documents are available: bank account details, countersigned financial contract and validated learning agreement.
GROUP 1 (high cost of living) euro 500.00: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Norway, Netherlands, Sweden
GROUP 2 (medium/low cost of living) euros 450.00: Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Malta, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Bulgaria, Croatia, Lithuania, Poland, Republic of North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, Turkey, Hungary
Supplementary Grants for Disadvantaged Economic Conditions (Less Opportunity)
Mobility beneficiaries may receive an additional contribution of 250.00 per month according to the student's economic condition. This supplement will be granted to candidates who have an ISEE (ISEE for the Right to University Study DPCM 159/2013) of an amount up to 27,726.69 (DD MUR 318 of 14/3/2024).
In order to benefit from the aforementioned contribution, students must acquire the Isee 2025 on Infostud. For the purposes of quantifying the supplementary contribution, the Isee value present on Infostud on the day following the deadline for submitting applications will be taken into consideration.
For participants with tax residence abroad, including DiscoLazio scholarship holders with tax residence abroad, the supplementary contribution will be paid only to residents in countries in band A (based on the country in which the income is generated, according to the contribution bands set out in the Board of Governors' resolution of 30 May 2023).
INTEGRATION FOR STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES AND/OR SPECIAL NEEDS
Additional funds are available to support students with disabilities and/or special needs. Students interested should indicate the disability/special need, both at the application stage and at the mobility acceptance stage, in order to receive instructions on how to apply for dedicated funding, as indicated on the webpage: http://www.uniroma1.it/erasmus/studenti-students/erasmus-studenti-diversamente-abili.
The payment of the grant for special needs is subject to approval by the Erasmus+ National Agency Indire. In the event that financial coverage is not available in whole or in part, the student will have to bear the costs independently.
