European Programme Interreg NEXT MED 2021-2027 – Application Submission 2025

The Managing Authority of the NEXT MED 2021-2027 Programme has published, on the programme's website, the call for project proposals on the green transition – deadline: May 15, 2025.

The call funds projects within the following Priorities, divided into 9 specific objectives:

1.     A more competitive and smarter Mediterranean

2.     A greener, low-carbon, and resilient Mediterranean

3.     A more social and inclusive Mediterranean

4.     A better cooperation governance for the Mediterranean (Interreg Specific Objective)"

Each entity (including Sapienza) may submit only one project as an “Applicant” for each of the nine specific objectives indicated in the call, while there are no limitations for applications submitted as a “Partner”.

In order to coordinate Sapienza's proposals, interested faculty members must complete the Google Form no later than March 3, 2025, whether they intend to submit a project as an “Applicant” or participate as a “Partner”

Please note that the documentation required for participation in the call must be signed by the Rector through the Research Area.
