Sapienza actively collaborates with local, national and international organisations and companies, and local services, to create a strong link between education and productive systems. Career Service and companies work together to promote job orientation for graduates and their professional integration and to meet companies’ recruiting and employer branding needs.

Job offers - Jobteaser
Sapienza has adopted JobTeaser, Europe's leading career guidance and development platform, directly integrated into the intranet of more than 400 universities. Companies can create their Recruiter Profile and upload and manage their job offers (edit, archive, republish etc.) completely free of charge.

Internships - TSP Sapienza
TSP Sapienza is the digital platform for curricular and extracurricular internships affiliated with Sapienza University. Companies and Organisations interested in hosting our students and/or graduates can sign up and ask for affiliationwith Sapienza University through the TSP Sapienza platform.

Once registered, companies can:
- enter into agreements for curricular, extracurricular or international internships with insurance coverage for the intern;
- upload internship opportunities;
- collect applications for specific published opportunities or self applications from students/graduates;
- directly selecting successful candidates for interviews;
- search for CVs in the database and send a contact request directly to members.
Transition from Jobsoul to TSP Sapienza.\ Host institutions, already registered on Jobsoul Sapienza, must follow the procedures indicated in the guidelines to obtain access credentials on TSP Sapienza. \ Consult the guidelines (Pdf)

Recruiting events - Employer branding
Career Service offers the opportunity to meet Sapienza students and graduates directly through various types of events (Company Presentations; Recruiting Day; CareerDay; etc.) in line with companies' employer branding and recruiting needs and objectives.
Such events are the ideal opportunity to
- present the company and its story through the experiences of managers and/or alumni;
- present career opportunities, how the selection process works and the professional figures required;
- collect CVs from participants;
- conduct one-to-one interviews or group assessments.
The events can take place in person, at Sapienza's or the company's premises, or through live or pre-recorded digital events (webinars, etc.).

Job orientation events
Interested organisations and companies can collaborate with Career Service to organise courses, seminars and workshops for Sapienza students and graduates, focusing on:
- analysis and tools for entering the labour market (CV; cover letter; LinkedIn);
- transversal skills (effective communication; team-working; leadership; etc.);
- mentoring programmes and coaching initiatives;
- specific professional sectors and employment trends;
- entrepreneurship (start-up; business planning; euro-projecting; fundraising).
The events can be organised in person, at Sapienza's premises, or through live or pre-recorded digital events (webinars, etc.).

Strategic Partnership - Participation in the Business Council
The Business Council with Sapienza was formed in 2022 to create partnerships and maintain continuous and constant contact between universities and the world of production.\ The Business Council aims to set up round tables to discuss strategies for the development of Sapienza's placement activities, the analysis of the needs and skills required by the constantly evolving world of work and, finally, the joint planning of work orientation and placement initiatives.
The body, coordinated by the Gruppo di Coordinamento Placement di Ateneo, is currently made up of companies spread across the country.

Assessments on interns

Non-formal and Informal Courses: collaborate with Sapienza
Sapienza University of Rome, in addition to its numerous Level 1, 2 and 3 degree programmes (Bachelor's, Master's, Doctorate, Postgraduate degrees and Advanced Professional Courses), offers a wide range of other non-formal and informal learning opportunities to provide strategic and transversal skills in response to the needs of a knowledge-based society and a constantly evolving labour market.
