1. Requirements and terms
You can request payment in instalments of outstanding fees relating to years prior to 2025-2026 (amounts due for the academic year 2025-2026 cannot be paid in instalments).
The number of instalments varies according to the amount of arrears and the ISEE for the right to university education:
A. For arrears between €1,500 and €3,000:

if your ISEE is equal to or less than €24,000, payment can be made in six or twelve instalments. The deadlines for paying the instalments will be specified in the instalment plan that you will find on Infostud.

if your ISEE is higher than €24,000, you will be entitled to pay in two instalments, which you will have to pay within two months of the date of your instalment request.
B. For arrears exceeding €3,000:
- If your ISEE is equal to or less than €24,000, you can pay in six instalments. In the case of significantly high arrears, you can request to pay in twelve instalments.
The deadlines for paying the instalments will be specified in the instalment plan that you will find on Infostud.
- If your ISEE is greater than €24,000, payment will be spread over three instalments, which must be paid within the quarter following the date of the instalment plan application (Board of Directors' Resolution of 21 May 2025).
If, after obtaining the instalment plan, you do not complete the payment of the instalments by the deadlines, you will have to pay the remaining instalments and will no longer be able to take advantage of instalment plans for the rest of your university career.
Any exams taken during the instalment period are recorded in your academic record under preconditions and are only validated once payment has been completed.

3. Deadlines
The request for payment in instalments must be submitted by 6 November 2025. The application may also be submitted after the deadline, at the discretion of the administrative office, which will evaluate each case individually.
The deadlines for paying arrears are specified in point 1.
