# How to collect your graduation parchment

To collect your graduation parchment from your Student Affairs Office, you need to:

1. Wait for the email informing you that your parchment is ready;
2. When you get the email, please **allow at least 7-10 working days (and at least 15 days for the Pontine branch's Student Affairs Office);**
3. After this time, go to your Student Affairs Office during opening hours (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 8.30 a.m. - 12 noon; Tuesdays and Thursdays 2.30 p.m. - 4.30 p.m.).

If you intend to delegate someone else, please forward the proxy form and a copy of your ID to the delegated person.\
