Sapienza contributes directly to socio-cultural growth through the protection, management and valorisation of its artistic and cultural heritage, which it makes available to the territory and to society.

This heritage includes libraries, historical archives, 18 Sapienza Museums and archaeological excavations in Italy and abroad. In addition, there are the theatrical and musical events organised by Sapienza CREA and the opportunity to experience the University's spaces in the largest urban campus and in some historic buildings in Rome and the Lazio region.
