**A. Sapienza has activated a free institutional email service for the student community**. You can activate your email account 24 hours after paying the first instalment of your degree programme enrolment fees.

**B. The mailbox remains at your disposal for the period established in the Regulations**, which you must accept at the time of activation.

**C. The University will use only the institutional email address for all official communications,** including notifications regarding exam bookings and exams registration.

**D. Similarly, you must use only the institutional email address to communicate** with lecturers, secretaries, offices, etc.

**E. To activate your institutional email account,** follow the specified methods on the web page [www.uniroma1.it/emailstudenti](https://www.uniroma1.it/en/emailstudenti).
