The Erasmus + Mobility Unit:
\ Prepares:\ The "Application Form" to participate in Erasmus activities and the allocation of funds by the Erasmus Indire National Agency.\ Calls for proposals concerning the allocation of Erasmus scholarships for study and traineeship.
Creates and stipulates:\ Interinstitutional Agreements, Letters of Intent, Contracts concerning the mobility of students for study and traineeship purposes, of professors for educational activities and administrative staff for training activities within the Erasmus project.
Manages:\ Relations with partner universities;\ Procedures concerning the acceptance and registration of incoming Erasmus students and support to Faculties during the students' study stay;
Manages and reports:\ Student mobility grants (study purposes, traineeship, participation in language courses for Erasmus students, additional funds for disabled students);\ Reimbursement of mission expenses for academic and non-academic staff;\ Funds allocated by the National Agency for Erasmus activities;
Writes:\ Statistical reports on the results of Erasmus mobility for the National Agency and further evaluation bodies;\ \ Supports:\ the organisation of Italian and foreign language courses for incoming and outgoing Erasmus students;\ the organisation of initiatives in the Erasmus Programme;\ \ Organises welcome events related to the programme such as:\ Erasmus Welcome Days,\ Erasmus Staff Mobility Week.
