- ​Apply for admission at [apply.osu.edu](http://apply.osu.edu/).
- Submit your [FAFSA](http://fafsa.gov/) prior to February 1 for priority aid consideration. Note: ​If you have submitted the FAFSA at another institution for the aid year, update your FAFSA with t​he Ohio State school code 0030900.
- ​Notify the registrar and financial aid office at your prior school that you are not returning.
- Submit application through [Scholarship Universe](https://osu.scholarshipuniverse.com/) by February 1.
- Review your [Student Aid Report (SAR).](https://sfa.osu.edu/transfer-student/apply-for-aid/step-by-step)
- Check your university email (BuckeyeMail) and [To Do List](https://sfa.osu.edu/transfer-student/apply-for-aid/to-do-lists).
- If selected, submit [requested verification](https://sfa.osu.edu/transfer-student/apply-for-aid/step-by-step) documentation.​​
