In the artist’s own words: "2019's end and the new year were celebrated together in Venice amongst the morning stars and the clashing high tide. With a chaotic year to come, the peace and beauty that welcomed us in Venice is something I'll always cherish and look behind on. As we swooned over the beauty of the Venician river, we were greeted by these two gentleman and their snowman in a peculiar but prettiest of sights, one I couldn't let pass without minting a photo out of it. This unique view and the contrast of history and the modern world is something I found quite impactful in this image."
