Research opportunities: Enhance your college experience and resume by engaging with faculty on research projects. Present research at the Ohio State Marion Research Colloquium and at the Denman Undergraduate Research Forum on the Columbus campus.
Education abroad: Grow as a global citizen through study abroad experiences. Previous destinations include Chile, England, India, Ireland, England, France, Germany, Portugal, Spain and Wales. Scholarships are available for those who qualify.
Academic support: Take advantage of academic advising, career services (including internships), disability services, free tutoring, and math and writing labs. The campus offers facilities to support your academic pursuits as well — our Science and Engineering Building, for example, provides expanded lab, research and classroom space for those studying in STEM fields.\
Student life
Students can engage in student groups, sports, concerts, outdoor activities and other fun social events throughout the academic year. Our newly renovated Student Center is an especially exciting spot for students to relax, unwind and build community. You'll find a student lounge, indoor rock climbing wall, pool and ping-pong tables, outdoor volleyball, fitness equipment and so much more!

Housing\ Multiple off-campus housing options are available, including the campus-adjacent Annex of Marion, offering a student-only, suite-style environment, and the Harding Centre in downtown Marion, offering a loft-style environment. \
Financial aid \ Ohio State Marion awards $1.2 million, on average, in merit and need-based scholarships annually. Thanks to the largest monetary gift ever to a regional campus and a host of other endowed scholarship funds, over 94% percent of Ohio State Marion students receive some form of scholarship and aid.
New scholarship: Regional Campus Commitment\
Beginning in autumn 2026, the Regional Campus Commitment program will cover tuition and mandatory fees for eligible low-to-middle income, new first-year students who enroll at the Lima, Mansfield, Marion or Newark campuses or Ohio State ATI in Wooster.\
