## High school students

Ohio residents wishing to take classes at Ohio State should apply to Ohio State's College Credit Plus program, the
[Ohio State Academy](https://academy-ccp.osu.edu/).

## Home-schooled students

Home-schooled applicants follow the same path for application as any first-year or transfer applicant, with one additional requirement: You must submit the district’s written acknowledgement of your [Home Education Notification Form](https://education.ohio.gov/getattachment/Topics/Ohio-Education-Options/Home-Schooling/Home-Education-Notification-Form.pdf.aspx?lang=en-US). Refer to your state’s Department of Education website to determine the specific document your state uses. Alternatively, Columbus campus applicants may submit ACT or SAT scores instead.

## Undergraduate students from other universities

If you're interested in attending Ohio State for one term and transferring credit back to your home college or university, you'll apply as a "Transient / Visitor." Find the application and step-by-step instructions on our
[Extended Education](https://extendeded.osu.edu/) site.

## Current Ohio State students who want to change campuses

Start at the
[campus-change welcome page](http://campuschange.osu.edu/).
