"Antarctica is full of stark landscapes and wild-life. This shot puts the white of the snow and the black of the Gentoo penguins in vivid juxtaposition. The strong sunlight of the Antarctic summer washes out the texture of the snow, sending these well-dressed birds on a journey to seemingly nowhere."
