In the artist’s own words: “I was really lucky to attend the fire running festival in Spain. The real name of fire running festival is Correfocs, which is a typical Catalan festival. Groups of people dressed up in their "devil" outfits and held fireworks to run around and dance with the drum beats. We (participants) were asked to run away from those "devils" and protect ourselves from the fireworks. We ran, screamed and laughed.I was trying so hard to cover myself from getting burnt by the fireworks. However, it was the magical moment when I was standing under the fireworks and taking this picture."
