In the artist’s own words: "Chongqing is well known as the fog capital (wudu) in China because of the high humidity. I was trying to take pictures of a very popular spot in Chongqing called "Hongyadong" that night. But it was way too crowded to find a decent spot so I decided to walk across the bridge to take a picture on the other side of the river. That was how I found that beautiful location to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Chongqing at night time."
