About Chicago Unbound

Chicago Unbound is an online home for the scholarship and research produced at the University of Chicago Law School. This repository, a collaborative project of the D'Angelo Law Library and the Law School's Department of Communications, preserves and provides open access to the scholarship of Chicago Law, in furtherance of the Law School's mission "...to develop and disseminate knowledge through scholarly research that critically analyzes the development of the law and related disciplines."

Chicago Unbound brings together faculty scholarship – books, book chapters and articles published by Law faculty – working papers from our research centers, and publications of the Law School and the D’Angelo Law Library. Podcasts, conference papers and more will be added in the future. Chicago Unbound offers to the world the life of the mind that is the center of the Chicago Law experience.
