Prospective Student-Athletes & Recruiting Regulations As a member of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), University of Chicago coaches, athletic administrators and staff members are governed by the regulations of the NCAA during competitions and in recruiting prospective student-athletes to the College.
