## How It Works
- Career Advancement offers treks during Winter, Spring, and Summer breaks
- Each trek focuses on a specific city and industry
- Students spend 2-3 days meeting employers in the destination city
## Program Benefits
- Gain access to UChicago's global network of alumni and employers
- Get insider contacts in your target industry
- Stand out in job and internship applications
## Student Costs
Students are responsible for the following trek costs:
- Airfare to and from the trek destination
- Transportation to and from airports
- Lunches and dinners
- A program fee between $150-$550 depending on trek destination and length: these fees are used for the group's hotel accommodations and transportation between visits; Career Advancement will book the hotel and arrange ground transportation for all employer visits and any group events
**Financial assistance is available for eligible students,** **including Odyssey Scholars and those receiving University aid.** Students can indicate their interest in applying for assistance in the trek application form.
