Join us for Career Exploration Week, an exciting opportunity for incoming Class of 2030 students! Spend three days traveling to a new city, exploring career paths, meeting UChicago alumni and employers, and making new friends in your class.

Applications will open April 8!

2026 Program Dates and Destinations

Students will be required to arrive on Monday, September 7. Programs will run September 8–10, 2026. The final employer visits will take place during the morning of Thursday, September 10, and students will be able to depart that afternoon.

Costs and Application

• Costs

All Career Exploration Week programs have a fee of $950. The fee will cover lodging, meals, local transportation between site visits, and the cost of organized group activities. Need-based financial aid may be available.

Students are also responsible for their travel costs to and from the program destination.
