Our financial aid counseling services are available by phone, in the OneStop lobby on the ground floor of Criser Hall or through the virtual OneStop. If you need financial aid assistance, please call (352) 392-2244 or visit the OneStop.
Undergraduate students (not enrolled in UF Online) may request additional information or ask financial aid questions:

SFA vs. the University Bursar
The OneStop in S-107 Criser Hall can provide assistance with Student Financial Aid and Scholarships questions; financial aid applications and information; financial aid advising; student jobs or scholarships; or can assist with applying for short-term loans.
Next door is the the University Bursar in S-113 Criser Hall, where you can pay your tuition, fees, and all other university bills.
