Core Programs and Prospect Pipelines

Campus Visitation Program (CVP) brings top prospects to campus every fall. The Graduate School covers lodging and meals. Degree programs host tours, information sessions, and faculty meetups. Click here for details.

National Name Exchange (NNE) is a Council of Graduate Schools database of high-achieving undergraduate juniors and seniors interested in graduate study. Click here to learn more: NNE. Email the Graduate School to get the latest list to send tailored outreach for your degree program.

Ronald E. McNair Scholars Directory comes out every fall with contact information for McNair Post-Baccalaureate Achievement Program alumni. Email the Graduate School to gain access to invite McNair Scholars to campus or to share information with them.

Undergraduate Research Conferences like the UF Undergraduate Research Symposium, McNair Conferences, National Conference on Undergraduate Research (NCUR), and Florida Undergraduate Research Conference are research-ready recruiting grounds. SEAGAP (Southeast Association of Graduate Admission Professionals) offers free membership.
