# We got a paper accepted at the Adaptive and Personalized Persuasive Technology Workshop

Gabriela will present her position paper on *Designing for Gender Role Differences Through the Lens of Self-Determination Theory* at the [Adaptive and Personalized Persuasive Technology Workshop](https://adappt2021.wordpress.com/) , held in conjunction with the ACM User Modeling, Adaptation and Personalization Conference (UMAP) 2021, Utrecht, Netherlands next June.

In this article, she exposes the importance of personalizing for gender role differences and suggests design ideas on how software features can be created to support the Basic Psychological Needs.
