## FRRO Registration

- Foreigners need to complete their FRRO registration within 14 days of arrival in India
- Please check whether you are required to do the FRRO registration
- Take prior appointment from OIR by emailing them at ir-office@adm.iitkgp.ac.in
- Bring your original documents and passport size self-photograph - 01 copy along with you while visiting OIR
- Please bring the softcopies/electronic copies of the following documents given below as per the specifications mentioned against each before your arrival at the OIR

  1. 1. Scan copy of Passport\*
  2. 2. Scan copy of Visa\*
  3. 3. Scan copy of Passport size Photograph#

**Note:**\

\* All the above documents (except the photo) should be equal to or less than 200 KB in size. \
Please check the file size of these documents and compress accordingly before arrival at OIR for the FRRO registration.\
# The size of the photo should be less than/equal to 50KB.
