Management Development Program
\ Vinod Gupta School of Management (VGSoM), Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur has conducted a 2-day management development program on “Residential Workshop on Negotiation Skills” for Officers of Central Public Sector Enterprises. The program was held from 7th-8th November 2022 at VGSoM, IIT Kharagpur. A total of 23 participants from different Central PSUs attended the program. The program covered entire Concepts of Negotiation, Rules of Negotiation & Mock Session with Case Studies, Negotiation and Persuasion Skills etc. All these were helpful to the participants, and they enjoyed and appreciated the program.

Teacher's Day '22 Celebrations
Words fail to describe the tremendous debt that we owe our teachers. We can only acknowledge it, and try to pass on what changed our lives to the next generation. The students of the IIT Kharagpur - Vinod Gupta School of Management came together to celebrate Teachers' Day in the presence of their esteemed faculty and Dean.

The 2022-24 batch of MBA was welcomed into the institute by our Chief Guest, Commodore PR Hari, Chairman and Managing Director of Garden reach shipbuilders and Engineers Ltd. The event was also graced by Prof V.K. Tiwari, Director - IIT Kharagpur, Prof. V.N. Achutha Naikan, Dean - VGSoM, IIT Kharagpur and Prof. Pradip Kumar Ray, Emeritus Professor, IIT Kharagpur. A five-day Management Development Programme was conducted for the executives of Tata Metaliks at IIT Kharagpur - Vinod Gupta School of Management premises during 11 – 15 July 2022. Twenty-one executives at various levels of the company participated in the MDP.
