Where yourself or any other student is in a Mental Health Emergency

When there is risk of imminent danger to your life or to another student/s' life \ due to mental health or physical health / overall health emergency, \ immediately Call on Campus Health/Medical Emergency Service i.e, 82632/81008 and/or reach there.

STEP-1

Reaching B. C. Roy Techonology Hospital, IIT Kharagpur.

STEP-2

After stabilizing initial risk and giving first aid, campus Health Service i.e. BCRTH will generate referral request for On-Call Counselor, SETU, IIT Kharagpur.

STEP-3

On-Call Counselor will visit B. C. Roy Technology Hospital and do the needful.

• SETU has a strong liaison with Campus health Services.
• After stabilizing initial risk, campus Health service will generate referral request for the On-Call-Counsellor, SETU.
• On-Call Counsellor will visit BCRTH and shall be doing the needful.
• If situation demands, CC will follow up with the case on the next working day/s as well.
• SETU 'After Hours' is available over weekends, evenings, and holidays.
