The School of Science has a multidisciplinary structure. It is home to the Faculties of [Biology](https://tu-dresden.de/mn/biologie), [Chemistry and Food Chemistry](https://tu-dresden.de/mn/chemie), [Mathematics](https://tu-dresden.de/mn/math), [Physics](https://tu-dresden.de/mn/physik) and [Psychology](https://tu-dresden.de/mn/psychologie) and is committed to the Humboldtian principle of the unity of teaching and research. Researchers and students alike benefit from the unique research and working environment in Dresden and the surrounding area. The DRESDEN-concept e.V. network with a total of 41 partner institutions offers cooperation and networking across the boundaries of institutions and subjects, making it an ideal place for science and innovation.
