The Dresden campus hosts an excellent high-tech profile ranging from academic research at the TU Dresden over application research as Germany’s leading Fraunhofer site to a strong industrial base with Silicon Saxony as Europe’s leading microelectronics manufacturing region. The EKFZ for Digital Health aims at building an eHealth network that brings together all relevant players and bundles their expertise in the field of digital health. It functions as the connecting link to bring digital health into clinical practice and ultimately to the patient’s bedside.
