Congratulations to Harsh Rangwani for winning the IKDD Doctoral Dissertation in Data Science Award for his thesis titled “Learning from Limited and Imperfect Data”.

Harsh completed his PhD at [Vision and AI Lab](https://val.cds.iisc.ac.in/) under Prof. R. Venkatesh Babu. This is the third consecutive dissertation award won by a CDS student at this prestigious venue.

The two previous awardees were Sravanti Addepalli (2024, Winner) and Jogendra Nath Kundu (2023, Runner-up).
