จัดการศึกษาที่มุ่งผลลัพธ์ของผู้เรียนเพื่อผลิตบัณฑิตเทคนิคการแพทย์ที่เป็น พลเมืองโลกและพลเมืองดิจิทัลที่มีคุณธรรมจริยธรรม จรรยาบรรณ มีสมรรถนะพร้อมปฏิบัติงานและ เป็นที่ต้องการของสังคม เท่าทันเทคโนโลยี มีทักษะการใช้ชีวิต รู้จักเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาตนและพัฒนางาน อย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อสร้างเสริมสังคมสู่การพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน
