For **Provisional Certificates**, the processing time is approximately **1–3 working days**. This process follows the standard procedures of the office. **No additional fees are charged for expedited processing** of educational qualification verification. Applicants from international programs in high school or students from overseas who intend to apply for an international program in TCAS system must submit the proof of high school graduation and grade. However, different international systems have different certificates and grade systems. **The HSCES here will help issuing the equivalence document. There are 3 types of documents.** 1. **A High School Equivalence Certificate** : for applicants who already ***graduated*** from high schools. 2. **A Provisional Equivalence Certificate** : for applicants who are ***studying*** in the last semester/term of their high schools. 3. **A GPAX Equivalence Certificate** : an equivalent to ***4.0 grade system*** for applicants who are studying in the last semester/term of their high schools as well as the one who are already graduated. Remarks: - If you have not graduated and need to provide documentation for applications, you generally need to request a Provisional Equivalence Certificate. - After graduated, you generally need to request a High School Equivalence Certificate. This is required for applicants who have completed their high school education. - **Please be informed that the HSCES equivalency verification process requires approximately 1–7 business days to complete (1-3 business day for Provisional Certificate). This processing period follows the standard procedure. Applicants are kindly advised to plan ahead and prepare all required documents in advance to avoid any impact on their application.** HSCES (High School Certificate Equivalency System) Fees - These fees are the current standard charges when requesting equivalency documents: | | | | | --- | --- | --- | | Document and Service | Fee (Thai Baht) | Noted | | Equivalence Certificate & GPAX Equivalence (for registration MyTCAS.com) | 500 | all applicants are required to pay a High school equivalency fee of 500 Baht, which is used for registration on the myTCAS system. | | Equivalence Certificate | 200/Program | For submitting to an individual international program / faculty (additional use beyond TCAS). | | Provisional Equivalence Certificate | 200/Program | Provisional Equivalent to high school if you have not yet graduated. | | GPAX Equivalence Certificate | 200/Program | Converts your grades to a 4.0 system equivalence. | **Important Notice** Applicants are required to carefully review and ensure that all requested documents for the application are correct before submission. Once the application form has been submitted into the system, it cannot be changed to another menu or request type under any circumstances.
