## **First Semester, Academic Year 2026**

Choose ***Thai Program***, and simply put ***bioinformatics*** in the search box. \
Please, note that we are not an international program, but we do use English as a main language of communication and our classes are offered in English.

### Fees

Students are obliged to pay Tuition Fee 48,000 Thai baht per semester. Our program conducts classes in a two-semester system, therefore the tuition fee is 96,000 Thai baht per academic year. \
\
For international students, they are charged for an additional amount of 85,900 Thai baht for Extra Fee for Non-Thai Student per semester. \
After their first semester in our program, they may ask the program for the waiver of the Extra Fee for Non-Thai Student. The consideration from the program committee will be primarily based on academic performance.\

### ASEAN/Non-ASEAN Scholarship

International prospective students interested in Chula’s flagship scholarship — ASEAN/Non-ASEAN, please also apply via a separate portal [GrantGateway](https://grantgateway.research.chula.ac.th/www/Home/index) from Sep 5, 2025 – Oct 13, 2025.\

This scholarship covers an economy round-trip plane ticket, monthly stipend of 16,000 Thai baht a month, and tuition fee (48,000 as charged by our program). \
\
There is no English proficiency waiver. Using a diploma/certificate from any English-speaking institutes cannot satisfy the requirement. An applicant must submit their English proficiency scores with minimum requirements of either IELTS band 5.0 or TOEFL (paper-based) 500.\
\
The interview might be held on the same day of the program’s interview days (TBA). \
Make sure to put ***Graduate School*** as a Faculty, and the program name as ***Bioinformatics and Computational Biology***in the GrantGateway portal.\
