An advisory on regulatory and policy matters is envisaged for developing strategic solutions to specific problems of regulatory institutions and utilities in concurrence with the Centre’s objectives. The Centre will also participate in regulatory proceedings and offer comments/inputs on petitions and draft policies/regulations as well as deliver presentations at the State Advisory Committee (SAC) meetings.
