Indian Candidates:
  1. Reservations [EWS/SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/DAP] shall apply as per Government of India (GoI) norms.

Important Links Apply Online 3. Click the link for the concerned department to get detailed information about the department. 4. Students who are in the final year of their programme (likely to finish the programme by July 27, 2026) may also apply and secure provisional admission for the session commencing in July 2026 (2026-27-I Semester). 5. Financial support (Institute Assistantship/Scholarship) will be provided to non-sponsored PhD, MTech and MS (By Research), M.Des students.

Withdrawn from the Programme:
  1. The last date to withdraw from the offered programme after payment of fees with a deduction of ₹2500/- is July 15, 2026.
  2. Withdrawal requests after July 15, 2026 will incur a deduction of 25% of the total fees paid.
  3. Withdrawal after reporting to the Institute requires submission of a formal application addressed to the SPGC, clearly stating the reason for withdrawal.
  4. The application must be forwarded through the concerned department.
  5. It must be duly signed by the DPGC and Supervisor (if assigned) before processing.
  6. Refunds will be processed as per DOSA norms.
  7. Refund processing will begin after August 24, 2026 and may take up to 21 working days.

Documents Required for Withdrawal Request
  1. Signed application for withdrawal, including details such as Application Number, Department, Programme, and Amount Paid.
  2. Fee payment receipt.
  3. Bank details (Name, Branch, IFSC Code, Account Number, Address).
  4. Photocopy of the front page of the passbook.
